ABOUT THE COURSE

Effective teams result from effective leaders! Hands-On Leadership I and II allow participants to acquire and practice the leadership and interpersonal skills required to be effective leaders. Hands-On Leadership I and II material has a five year track record of changing or modifying the behavior of managers, supervisors, and team members alike by providing the knowledge of what to do, the skills to apply it, and the motivation to get it done. Leaders recognize that their functional role has been expanded to include additional roles in performance, coaching and mentoring. They are also being required to implement concepts related to human behavior to create a working culture that is focused on performance improvement under new and different operating philosophies.

Follow up activities provide valuable reinforcement of the concepts acquired in the classroom.
