Conrad Dziobon

Mr. Conrad Dziobon is a seasoned professional in the energy industry, with over 30 years of experience in technical and HR roles. He is dedicated to supporting regional clients through consultation, client
support, and the delivery of training programs in Process Safety, Renewable Energy, and Consol mindset.

Before joining PetroSkills, Mr. Dziobon played a pivotal role in managing and assuring the quality of competency and assessment in the Middle East. During this period, he successfully implemented competency-based development models for various positions and adopted best practice methodologies. His approach to learning is both innovative and comprehensive, combining tried-and-tested systems with modern trends to create a blended learning experience.

With over 20 years of experience in operations and field positions, Mr. Dziobon has also held training and assessor roles in multiple organizations, including TQLS Kuwait, Petrofac Azerbaijan, Wintershall Libya, Petrofac Malaysia, and BP Oman.

Mr. Dziobon holds a certificate in Plant Engineering from Grimsby College of Technology and an MSc in Human Resource Management & Development from Salford University, Manchester, UK.
