Ability Extendibility Case Study
This case study will show how a large midstream oil and gas client extended the capabilities of its existing Workday system to cover critical gaps in training, compliance, and workforce development. While Workday supported corporate HR needs, it lacked functionality for operations and maintenance training, EHS, operator qualifications, and site-specific safety requirements.
