Robert (Bob) Sepulvado

MR. BOB SEPULVADO is a professional engineer with over 35 years in the upstream oil and gas industry. He has vast experience in frontline and operations management, change management, personnel development, operational efficiency, team chemistry, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting. He has a passion for developing personnel for leadership and technical roles. Bob has spent almost half his career working in field operations in the high pressure pumping services; specifically cementing, fracturing, and acidizing. He has worked domestically in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, West Virginia, and Ohio. Internationally he has worked in West Africa along with spending time in the Middle East, Australia, China, Mexico and Indonesia. Bob has worked as a Cement Technical Instructor while with Halliburton. He has also worked in a technology environment where he was a Global Advisor for Cementing followed by time as a Manager for a Global Technical Services team. Bob has a BS degree in Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University along with a Master's degree in Engineering and Technology Management from Oklahoma State University. Bob is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas.
