Comprehensive Review, Capstone Exercise & Testing – Well Site Supervisor

About

This course is part of the Track 1: Well Site Supervisor Development Program. Well Site Supervisor Development Program - Track 1. Participants must have completed the other units within the Well Site Supervisor Development Plan to attend this course. The primary owner of each unit was asked to identify the major “takeaways” from their respective units to be included in the Comprehensive Review. These are focused on the ongoing role of being “the responsible party in charge” of implementing detailed procedures for all phases of drilling, completions, and well intervention. These major takeaways provide the basis for the comprehensive review and examination. In addition, a capstone exercise focused on the time breakdown from ten offset wells of the same well type used in the participant’s current assignment. This initial step toward the technical limit process provides the basis for pragmatic target setting for on-bottom and off-bottom activities for each hole interval with the rig crews. A total of 20 virtual instructor-led hours are included in this course.
