The wellsite supervisor, as the responsible party in charge, has an exceptional influence on creating a Learning Organization that improves safety, reduces days on location and meets the well objectives related to the reservoir. We need to understand why we are still making the same operational mistakes and be able to collectively analyze wellsite processes and consider, “What is possible?” A total of 29 hours is included in this course with 9 hrs eLearning and 20 hrs virtual instructor-led sessions.
