Retired U.S. Navy Rear Admiral with a decorated career spanning 4,000 flight hours, 1,000 carrier landings, and leadership of the Navy’s largest fighter squadron and Air Wing. He later served as Chief of Naval Air Training and Vice Director of Operations at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. Today, he helps organizations apply human performance insights to unlock operational excellence.
