Meet The Speakers
Ken Parker:
Ken is the Vice President of Learning Innovation at NextThought, where he spearheads the development of personalized and impactful learning experiences through generative AI into enterprise learning solutions. With four decades of technology leadership, he co-founded RiskMetrics Group and NextThought, bringing unique insights from both Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial environments. As co-chair of the Oklahoma Governor’s AI Task Force on Emerging Technologies in 2023, he helped shape AI Policy frameworks across the state. A first-generation college graduate, Ken champions technology-enabled education and resides in Noble, Oklahoma.
Andy Gibbins:
Andy Gibbins is Regional Director for The Competency Alliance, based in Dubai, UAE. He is a Chemical Engineer by degree and held numerous technical and operations management roles in Shell and NOV Chemicals prior to moving into consultancy and training. Andy is the key account manager for several strategic accounts in the Middle East region. He also teaches a number of process safety courses and customized workshops for TCA and developed and implemented transformative process safety management project for a major client in the Middle East.
